The father's madness and subsequent demotion of Tybalt is inspired by Sennefer's similar story in "Sennefer - Les Larmes de Kémi". All names are direct references to Guild Wars':

• Mhenlo was the annoying monk who brings your party from Tyria to Cantha.
• Alesia was the god-damn mercenary monk everybody brought in the party all the time.
• Balthazar was the god of war.
• Rurik was the pitiful and tragic prince of Ascalon.
• Tybalt was the clumsy yet friendly Charr of the Order of Whispers, in Guild Wars 2.
