After their crippling defeat at the hands of M'Weru, the PCs attempt to join Nairobi again, only to find a group of travelers who turn out to be the remain of the English branch of the Egyptian cult to the Black Pharaoh. The PCs manage to subdue them, albeit with difficulties, and learn that the local cult will soon hold a ceremony: they will celebrate the birth of the Spawn of Nyarlathotep. The PCs make good use of the time at their disposal, recruting a group of fighters from Nairobi, and manage to interrupt the birth of the creature in a most explosive way. Exhausted yet victorious, they travel back to Nairobi.
